Taco Tuesday...with a twist

So, some of you may have noticed the increasing amount of potatoes around here. It seems we have our own potato wizard has summoned potatoes everywhere. Have no fear, I have an idea that will help decrease the amount of potatoes and have us try something new [and probably not as healthy]

Introducing Taco Baked Potatoes! And for those veggies lovers out there, you will still get your choice of veggies and no meat.

They shall be ready around lunch time and I encourage you all to come and try some. Or be forever drowned in potatoes.

I know sometimes I amaze myself.

Don't see why not. He loves to eat as much as anyone else and throw in a contest on top? Don't think he could say no.
