St Patrick's Day Party?

I am thinking about doing a party this Saturday in celebration of St. Patrick's day. I don't know why I have the party bug but it gives me a reason to cook special meals.

Dinner Ideas:
Roasted Salmon with Cabbage and Bacon
Corned Beef and Cabbage Rolls

Side Dishes Ideas:
Irish Soda Bread
Colcannon Potatoes

Dessert Ideas
Shamrock Shakes
Irish Bread Pudding
Chocolate Stout Cupcakes with Irish Cream Frosting
(and lets not forget the Irish Coffee...yum!)

And there is a couple of desserts that involve lots of whiskey and Guinness Beer so I will not be making those, unless I figure out a way to make them without having the students drunk.

Anyone want to chip in? I'll need some kitchen helpers for those interested.

4-5 drops should do it. Mix the batter up and then check to see if that is the color you want.

My parents used to make a non-alcoholic Irish Cream chocolate mousse cake for St. Patrick's day. It's fairly easy to make.
