(no subject)

I'm glad to see that everyone seems to have survived prom. Since I know some of you are just now waking up, I'll point out that today has been declared a breakfast day. Waffles, omelettes, etc, are the order of the day. There are even fresh strawberries. And yes, that means eventually there will be strawberry pie.

Scott, you have to share.

I'll be in the kitchen.

Are you trying to make me fat? That's what you're doing, isn't it...

They're very fresh. Handpicked yesterday in Southern California because I have connections like you wouldn't believe.

Strawberry pie is practically a health food!

[identity profile] x-cyclops.livejournal.com 2006-05-27 07:46 pm (UTC)(link)
A health food. Right.

Do I really have to share?

[identity profile] x-polarisstar.livejournal.com 2006-05-27 07:48 pm (UTC)(link)
You sound like you don't believe me! How could you doubt my word on anything food related? I'm wounded. Cut to the quick!

Yes you have to share. One whole pie is too much for anyone.

Don't you get started with me, James Arthur

Well, it's not. Whole pies for everyone! Stint not the measure of our freedom! 3.1415926535897932384626433832795 forever!

[identity profile] x-polarisstar.livejournal.com 2006-05-28 03:47 am (UTC)(link)
Okay. You can make them then. Thanks for volunteering.

Mm... this is the best wake up surprise ever. Clearly I need to sleep in more often.

I forget how much sugar/carbs I'm allowed in my diet, but. Eh, I'll do the math in my little book at the table. Wafflemaking needs company, I'm sure.

[identity profile] x-polarisstar.livejournal.com 2006-05-27 07:52 pm (UTC)(link)
Wafflemaking is always better with company.

You're going to carb count my food? My food? The food that I make for you out of the goodness of my heart in strict accordance to health guidelines?

[identity profile] x-foliate.livejournal.com 2006-05-27 07:56 pm (UTC)(link)
How else would you smack sneaky hands that steal waffle ingredients if there were no hands?

Yes. Then I'm going to eat it. How else will I know what to eat later and how long of a run I have to do tomorrow?

[identity profile] x-polarisstar.livejournal.com 2006-05-27 07:59 pm (UTC)(link)
Precisely! It's like a training exercise but with tasty food!

You are a strange and silly little girl.

[identity profile] x-foliate.livejournal.com 2006-05-27 08:05 pm (UTC)(link)
I like to think that life is not just one big training exercise.

...breakfast is okay, though.

(hee! Look, I'm all, deep or something. Yaysugar.)

All experiences are learning experience, young Paige.

Some of them come with whipped cream!

[identity profile] x-foliate.livejournal.com 2006-05-27 08:09 pm (UTC)(link)
You keep calling me young like I'm not only two and a bit your junior, lady.

Don't make me use the learning experience whipped cream as a weapon of revenge.

[identity profile] x-polarisstar.livejournal.com 2006-05-27 08:16 pm (UTC)(link)
That's because it's funny.

Oh you wouldn't dare. This is my kitchen! That would be like treason against the crown!

[identity profile] x-foliate.livejournal.com 2006-05-28 02:13 am (UTC)(link)
Good thing I'm American, then!

[identity profile] x-polarisstar.livejournal.com 2006-05-28 03:22 am (UTC)(link)
Not in my kitchen you aren't. *g*
