I'm running out of room in my suite's kitchen again. Can I steal yours? Whenever you aren't using it is fine, I'm flexible.

To everyone else, yes, whatever I make will be first come, first served. However if you get underfoot, I'll throw you out.

Hey, as far as I'm concerned you're like, Kitchen Overlady Emeritus, or something, with full visitation rights. Go for it.

And I'm not just saying that because I stand a damn good chance at being first come. :)
