I hurt in places I didn't know I had. Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating the tiniest bit but not by much. Man, I'm glad I've got a distance mutation. My plan is to concentrate on getting out of the way as fast as possible in a fight. (Yes, the idea that Logan might have a different plan for me has occurred to me. I'm choosing to ignore that for now.)

I hate fighting. Really really hate it. I suppose it's kinda silly to say it around this crowd but how has violence ever solved anything? How does it do anything but make the world a worse place for us? When does the world ever see a mutant fighting and side with him?

But then again, I just spent a week trapped in my house unable to defend myself save for tossing metal around like a criminal. So I guess, I'll be taking Logan's class seriously.

As for the mental defense class, the less said the better.

I need coffee. and painkillers
