Yoga Anyone?

I have been doing Yoga on my own, using this DVD I have. Was wondering if anyone else would like to join me.

Ooh, I'd love to try that. I've worked on kata before, if that's good with learning anything for yoga.

I am a Yogi, myself. I would be glad to have company after my morning workouts with my morning Yoga, if that schedule is acceptable to you. If not, I can adjust, I have no doubt.
