I don't think it's exactly like sliming the Pope in the middle of the Vatican. You don't have a funny hat or colorfully dressed guards. But still, he needs to be taken down.

Hmm, I wonder if flour sticks to this stuff.

I have excellent tastes in haberdashery, I will have you know. And taking a cue from an actual wearer of silly hats - forget flour. Go with iron filings.
