Pulling my weight

First there was this. Then there was Ali telling me that I should put my money where my mouth was and then there was Betsy telling me the same.

Therefore, if it is all gravy with the acting heads, I would like to teach a philosophy class as part of my grad work.

Come talk to me about it? Of course you have permission, but if you haven't taught a class before you ought to sit down with Betsy or Scott or Emma or me or someone while you write out a syllabus.

Absolutely. I don't think I could teach something that was boring. Imagine trying to teach US History. *falls asleep*

There are three:
1 unconditional respect for your classmates and their beliefs
2 reading & writing skills (help available)
3 willingness to use reason to explain and defend your opinions

Obviously, allowances can be made for your language barrier.
